At Duomentum ("we," "our," or "us"), we take your privacy seriously. We designed Duomentum to help you build habits with your partner, not to harvest your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is stored when you use the Duomentum mobile application (the "App").

1. How We Store Your Data (CloudKit)

Duomentum is built on Apple’s CloudKit technology.

• Private Storage: Your habits, wagers, streaks, and profile data are stored in your personal iCloud container.
• No Developer Access: We (the developers) do not have direct access to your private database. We cannot read your specific goals, see your wagers, or view your history. Your data belongs to you.
• Syncing: Data is synced across your devices and shared only with the partner you explicitly invite via Apple’s secure sharing protocols.

2. Information We Collect

While the core content of your habits is private to you, we do process certain types of data to make the App work:

A. Information You Provide

• Profile Name: The First Name you enter during onboarding is used to display your identity to your partner.
• User Content: The titles of your goals and wagers are stored in iCloud and shared with your connected partner.

B. Usage Data (Analytics)

We use a third-party service called PostHog to understand how users interact with the App. This helps us fix bugs and decide which features to build next.

• What we track: We track anonymous events such as "Goal Completed," "Streak Frozen," "Partner Paired," and "Subscription Purchased."
• What we do NOT track: We do not track the content of your goals (e.g., we know you completed a goal, but we don't know it was "Go to the Gym").

C. Financial Information

All payments and subscriptions (Duomentum Pro) are processed directly by Apple via the App Store.
